Brian Busselle was born and educated in Kent and studied graphic design at Tunbridge Wells and Maidstone Colleges. He worked as an art director at Ogilvy and Mather and Saatchi, plus several other London advertising agencies.
Throughout his career he painted and exhibited widely, both in the UK and Europe, and spent five years painting and selling in rural France.
On his return to England he was drawn to Cornwall, like many artists before him. He lived and worked for many years on Bodmin Moor where he became well known for his graphic stylised interpretation of the landscape, working mainly in oil. Recently returning to his birthplace in Kent, Brian continues to create vivid “Abcapes” (abstract landcapes) in his garden studio.
