A late Victorian oak swivel desk chair, with a deep curved back rest above a tub shaped spindle back with downswept armrests and solid seat. Raised on four shaped legs, with its pleasingly sturdy original tilt back / rise and fall mechanism in good working order.

Good colour and patination; well used and surprisingly comfortable with much Victorian charm and character.

Acquired from the same London barristers’ chambers, it perfectly complements our solid oak reformed gothic partners desk.
