An attractive Anglo-Indian decoratively hand carved occasional lamp or side table.

Characteristic octagonal form with a lift-off top and folding legs for ease of stowage, in the campaign manner. Striking foliate fretwork panels and chased leaves to the legs. The top is richly chip carved with flowerheads and foliage. Dark stained hardwood with a lovely aged patina. Some losses to the fretwork but solid and very useable.
