This lamp base is handcrafted from poplar wood in the UK and beautifully hand painted by Natasha in traditional Zouaq style, using natural pigments with egg tempera and 24 carat gold leaf.

It features an aged brass bayonet light fitting and vintage style braided flex.

Completing the look here is an empire pleated silk lampshade in a warm golden yellow, which is available separately.
